Aiphone is proud to announce the release of the IS Series, the next generation of IP video intercoms. The IS Series is the first Aiphone video intercom to combine traditional hardwired units with network direct devices. It was developed as an All-In-One system featuring video entry security, internal communication, rescue assistance, paging, and bell/chime scheduling. Using IP technology and tying into existing infrastructure allows an unprecedented number of Aiphone video door stations (5,120 per global system), masters (5,120 per global system) and sub/room stations (30,720 units per global system) to be used in a single system.

The IS Series has all the features and capabilities you have come to expect from an Aiphone system, while increasing integration and scalability. Systems are very easy to put together and cost effective to install, and we are sure the IS Series will become the staple of all your installations. The IS Series crosses traditional vertical market lines and can be universally applied in almost any market. For example, K ~ 12 Schools will appreciate the cost savings of an All-In-One security and classroom communication system with bell scheduling and the ability to tie together full districts to a central point.
